Child Safety Standards
ReactHive is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trusted platform for users, families, tourism providers, and all participants. These standards explain how we address child safety, prohibited behavior, reporting, enforcement, and provider responsibility across the platform.
1. Introduction
ReactHive is a tourism and experiences platform designed to connect users with providers and travel-related opportunities. Because the platform may be used by individuals, families, and service providers, safety is a core part of how ReactHive operates.
These Child Safety Standards describe ReactHive’s expectations, restrictions, and enforcement approach regarding any content, conduct, communication, or activity that may involve or affect minors.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
ReactHive maintains a zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, harassment, or any behavior that may endanger minors.
Any user, provider, or account found to be involved in behavior that violates child safety standards may be subject to immediate action, including account restriction, suspension, permanent removal, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users and providers must not use ReactHive to create, upload, share, request, promote, facilitate, or participate in any content, communication, trip, offer, or activity that harms, exploits, targets, or endangers children.
- Content or communication involving child exploitation, abuse, grooming, or unsafe interaction with minors.
- Requests, offers, or arrangements that may expose children to unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate situations.
- Harassment, intimidation, manipulation, or coercive behavior involving minors.
- Any attempt to sexualize, exploit, traffic, or endanger children in any form.
- Using ReactHive services, messaging, listings, or trip arrangements to facilitate harmful activity.
4. Reporting and Review
Users are encouraged to report any safety concern, suspicious behavior, harmful communication, or content that may put a child at risk. Reports can be submitted by contacting ReactHive support.
ReactHive reviews reports carefully and may take action based on the nature of the report, available evidence, platform records, user behavior, and applicable legal requirements.
5. Enforcement Actions
When ReactHive identifies a violation of these standards, the platform may take appropriate enforcement actions to protect users and prevent further harm.
Enforcement may include content removal, communication restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, provider removal, or escalation to law enforcement or child protection authorities where necessary.
6. Provider Responsibility
Tourism providers using ReactHive are responsible for ensuring that their services, trips, listings, staff behavior, and communications comply with applicable child protection laws, safety standards, and platform rules.
Providers must maintain safe and respectful communication with users and must not create or promote any service, trip, or activity that could expose minors to harm, exploitation, or unsafe environments.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
ReactHive may cooperate with legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or child protection authorities when necessary to help prevent harm, support investigations, comply with legal obligations, and protect minors from abuse or exploitation.
