Under the partner-agreement model, the partner provides the trip and contracts with the traveler, confirms the booking, performs the service, receives payment and issues the invoice. The platform provides listings, marketing, request delivery and technical tools; it neither receives trip funds nor charges a booking commission under that model.

2. Information and verification

Partners are responsible for the trip information, pricing and inclusions they supply, while the platform must faithfully display approved information and verify documents under its obligations. Licensing checks do not guarantee trip performance or remove either party’s liability for its own misleading information or advertising.

3. Tools and the AI assistant

Search results, Haivo answers and the budget calculator support discovery and comparison; they do not confirm availability, a booking, a final price or visa eligibility. The calculator uses your inputs and is neither a live quote nor currency conversion. Check written details with the provider and official requirements with the relevant authority for your trip. This does not remove legal responsibility for the platform’s actual role.

4. Preserved liability and rights

This page creates no blanket exemption or general compensation cap and does not exclude liability for fraud, gross fault or harmful acts. Mandatory consumer and personal-data rights and authorities’ powers remain intact. Free service does not defeat legally due compensation. Force majeure and its effects depend on legal conditions; higher costs alone do not establish force majeure.
