   Trip program

   The journey begins upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, where you will be transferred to your hotel in Colombo for check-in and an overnight stay. On the second day, head towards Hiriwadunna village for an authentic rural experience featuring a warm welcome from local farming families, a hands-on cooking class to prepare traditional dishes like Pol Roti and Pol Sambola, a scenic village walk, and an enjoyable Tuk-Tuk ride through paddy fields, followed by a transfer to Dambulla for overnight. On day three, visit the UNESCO-listed Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the morning, and set off on an exciting jeep safari at Minneriya National Park in the evening to observe wild elephants before returning to Dambulla. Day four includes checking out and visiting the ancient Dambulla Cave Temple, followed by an interactive sensory tour at a spice garden in Matale, then continuing to Kandy for check-in and leisure time. On the fifth day, explore the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic and enjoy a panoramic city tour of Kandy, followed by a visit to the Giragama tea factory and plantation to taste authentic Ceylon tea, before heading to the Southern Coast for a beach resort stay. Days six and seven are spent at leisure enjoying the beach and resort amenities, concluding on day eight with check-out and a transfer to Colombo International Airport for your departure flight back home.
